This report needs to be completed on or before the first Tuesday of each month. A printed version of this report serves as the basis for your Partners’ Report at the monthly ELOG Meeting in Waterville. Invoices and In-Kind Reports must arrive by mail to Stephen Thompson, Project Coordinator, PO Box 263, Hallowell, ME 04347 by noon of the first Tuesday of each month.

These reports are required each month in order for your agency to receive payment for services from the grant. The Kennebec Somerset ACCESS Executive Committee makes payment determinations at its monthly meeting which occurs on the first Thursday of each month.
